Returns + Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected with your Renown skincare order. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your new products within 30 days of placing the order to receive a refund. Please know that we won't be able to refund the shipping fees.

If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us at info@renownskincare.com and provide your Order Number and shipping Zip Code.

If you've received a defective or wrong item, we're truly sorry about that. Please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving the order at info@renownskincare.com and don't forget to include your Order Number, a picture of the damaged item, and the shipping Zip Code. We're here to assist you through the process.
